Shipping policy

Most FIX-N-STITCH items are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped or made available for pickup. Production time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and customization requirements.

Shipping: Shipping transit time begins after production is complete. Standard and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Choosing expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time only and does not shorten production time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. FIX-N-STITCH is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at designated pickup locations. Please select your preferred pickup location during checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received the ready-for-pickup notification.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
