Refund policy

Because many FIX-N-STITCH items are made-to-order, personalized, embroidered, or produced specifically for a fundraiser, custom, personalized, and fundraiser items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is an error made by FIX-N-STITCH or the item arrives damaged.

Please review all sizes, colors, personalization, spelling, and order details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer or for sizing selections.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once materials have been ordered, production has started, or customization has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If we made an error or your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and determine the appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Non-Custom Items: Returns of non-customized merchandise may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by FIX-N-STITCH.
