Because every project is unique, final pricing is based on stitch count, design complexity, placement, garment type, and quality.

Below are general starting ranges to help guide you:

• Simple personalization (names, monograms up to~6,000 stitches): $18-$25
• Medium designs or small logos (6,000-12,000 stitches): $25-$40
• Larger or more detailed designs: $40+
• Hats & Structured items: Starting at $28-$35

Logo digitizing (one time setup fee): $25-$35 depending on complexity

Your file is saved for future use once digitized  

Volume pricing is available for larger orders.

Typical bulk embroidery pricing (customer-supplied garments):

• 12+pieces: starting around $18-$25 per item (depending on stitch count)
• 25+ pieces: discounted pricing available
• 50+ pieces: custom quote required

Orders exceeding 25,000 stitched or 75+ pieces require a custom quote.
